Please bring a valid photo ID and plan to check between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. if you need to arrive after hours or on the weekend, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day to assist you.

If you plan to check in later than your contracted start date, please request a Late Arrival via the housing portal to provide your actual arrival date. Late Arrivals can be requested for up to 30 days after your contract start date. You can review the process here. NOTE: you will remain financially responsible for the rent charges beginning on the contract start date accepted with the offer.
