What to Bring

All units are furnished with an extra-long full bed, mattress, nightstand, desk and desk chair, a desk lamp, and a 2-shelf bookcase for each resident. The kitchen area in each unit has a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave.

The studio apartments have a small sofa, two (2) end tables or a coffee table, and a floor lamp in the living area.

The two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhouses have a sofa, a side chair, an end table, a coffee table, a floor lamp, and a dining table with 4 chairs in the shared living area.

There is a central laundry room, study rooms, and bike racks located in each building.

Students will need to bring their own extra-long full bed linens, towels, cookware, utensils, small appliances, computer, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.  

What Not to Bring

Pets or other animals are strictly prohibited in all University housing. "Service Animals" are accommodated with approval from the Center for Accessible Education. In addition, do not bring barbecues, waterbeds, queen-size or larger beds, loft kits, washing machines or clothes dryers.

Utilities

All units have central air-conditioning and heating. Gas, water, electricity, Spectrum WiFi, and SpectrumU streaming TV are included in the cost of the housing contract.
