The Student Technology Center (STC) staff provides technical assistance for the UCLA On-Campus and Off-Campus Housing Residential and Spectrum Managed Network services. Our highly trained staff is equipped to provide technical support with computer problems over the phone and in person in our office. Computer repair services are offered for a reasonable fee. We also provide lab computers with internet access and basic productivity software, printing/copying/scanning (in black & white or color), and domestic & international faxing.

Subject: Ongoing Campus Network Disruption - Update from DTS
Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) continues to investigate the ongoing campus network issue. The disruption is currently affecting several services, including:
- Eduroam
- Systems hosted in the campus data center
- MyUCLA
- Other critical student and financial services
Our teams are actively working to identify the root cause and restore connectivity as quickly as possible. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
