Current Tenants:
All contracts end on July 1 of each year. All those that maintain eligible status will be offered a renewal for the following academic year in late April. Renewal offers will be sent via email. Remember we will contact only the email address noted on your housing portal. You are able to review/update your contact information at any time via your housing portal. You can access your housing portal via MyHousing by selecting the "Access Housing Application & Offers" link. This will prompt you for your UCLA Logon and once logged in select “Manage Your Housing” and from this menu select your current housing contract and then choose “Update Contact Information” from the drop down menu.
Incoming Applicants:
Each year, the application for the new term will open on May 1. We accept applications and make offers all year round as space becomes available. All those who submit their applications by July 1 will be randomly placed onto the waitlist. Any applications received after July 1 will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist in the order that they are received.
