Getting to Weyburn Terrace and Hilgard Apartments
The Weyburn Terrace complex is located in Westwood Village near the southwest side of campus, bordered roughly by Weyburn Avenue, Weyburn Place, Strathmore Drive and Veteran Avenue. The Hilgard Apartments are on the east edge of campus on Hilgard Avenue. The University Apartments North Administration Office is located at 11020 Weyburn Drive just west of Gayley Avenue. Parking During Move-In
On official move in days only, you will park either in designated temporary loading and unloading spaces or in the building parking garage if you have purchased an assigned parking space. There is a limit of 2 hours for parking in designated active loading/unloading zones per truck/driver. A driver must remain with the vehicle at all times.
How to Receive Parking Assignment
Weyburn Terrace
Please send an email to uan@ha.ucla.edu to request a parking space. Include the make, model, license plate, and color of vehicle in your email request. Once a space is available, you will receive a response with your assigned space number and instructions on how to purchase your e-permit.
Please note that parking is not guaranteed in the building you reside in.
You may not park in Weyburn Terrace until your application has been processed and you have purchased your e-permit. Applications are not processed until you check in to your apartment.
Until you have received and purchased an e-permit, you must find alternative parking elsewhere within the Westwood area. Housing Services and the University Apartments are not responsible for any tickets or towing charges you may incur as a result of parking without the proper e-permit or in an unauthorized space.
Hilgard Apartments
Parking at the Hilgard Apartments is an option offered with the housing contract and spaces will be assigned when the room assignments are made. Hilgard residents who receive parking will pay an additional amount with their housing installments. You will receive your parking permit directly from the University Apartments North Administration Office.
