Please request senders to use your name as it is listed on your housing contract and provide the accurate shipping address, as indicated below, to prevent any potential delays or returns. Mail and packages should be sent no more than 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date; otherwise, they will be returned to the sender. It's advisable to plan accordingly.
Upon successful logging of your package or mail into your account, an automated email containing pickup instructions will be sent to you. For efficient service, ensure prompt collection of packages or mail, as any items not retrieved within 14 calendar days will be returned to the sender. Incorrectly addressed packages are also subject to being sent back.
The Housing UAN Mail Center handles packages and letter mail delivered via USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Amazon, etc., for Weyburn Terrace and Hilgard residents. Upon package/mail arrival, UAN Mail Center will notify you via email, and you must present a Bruin ID or valid photo ID during pickup. The Mailroom is conveniently located on the ground level of the “ Laurel Building” at 920 Weyburn Place Los Angeles CA 90024.
Due to the substantial influx of packages, please anticipate a processing time of several hours. An email notification will be sent to you within 5-10 minutes of your package being logged into our system. Kindly wait for this confirmation before expecting your package. Should you not receive this notice within a day, please contact the mailroom and provide a tracking number for further assistance. Additionally, an Amazon locker near the Paseo Building is available. When opting for Amazon deliveries, consider selecting the "Weyburn" locker as your delivery preference.
