Moving into University Apartments for Graduate & Family Students

Welcome to University Apartments!

To help make your move a little easier, we have put together some information to guide you through the move-in process and answer all of your questions.

To check in, you will need to schedule a move-in appointment/orientation with your front desk. Please bring all necessary documentation with you to your appointment at your front desk: student ID, driver's license, or other government-issued ID such as visa or passport for yourself and your additional tenant (if applicable).

The Wilshire Apartments front desk is at 6401 Wilshire, Los Angeles, CA 90048 and is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Limited weekend and after-hours appointments can be accommodated. Please call (310) 398-4692 to schedule a move-in appointment.

The front desk for all other buildings (Berryman, Canfield, Keystone-Mentone, Rose Avenue, The Boulevard, Venice, Venice-Barry and University Village) is located at 3200 Sawtelle Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90066 and is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Limited weekend and after hours appointments can be accommodated. Please call (310) 398-4692 to schedule a move-in appointment.

For tenants with families/additional tenants on their housing contract, the primary tenant must be present to accept keys upon check in. If a family member/additional tenant on the contract does not check in with the primary tenant initially, they must be accompanied by the primary tenant when they arrive at the front desk to pick up their keys and get checked in.

Please Note: Parking in University Apartments is restricted. Commercial moving vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and pods are prohibited from parking on University property and must park on the street. If you wish to reserve a space on the street to park your moving vehicle, please call the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) at (213)485-2298. You must call LADOT 10 working days prior to your move-in date to reserve a space.
