What to Bring

Your apartment has a full kitchen including stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, but is not otherwise furnished (except Canfield and most units at The Boulevard, which are fully furnished). Buildings without in unit washer and dryer have community laundry rooms. You will need to bring your own dishes, utensils, pots and pans; cleaning equipment, such as a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies; laundry supplies; towels and toiletries. You will also need to provide your own linens. 

What Not to Bring

Do not bring your own appliances, including mini-refrigerators, washers, or clothes dryers.

Pets or other animals are strictly prohibited in all University Housing. Service/Assistive Animals are accommodated with approval from the Center for Accessible Education (CAE) which must be acquired prior to your arrival. Follow this link to begin the application process with CAE

Utilities

The University pays for water, trash removal, and high-speed Internet service. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, including initiating service and payment of bills. An exception exists at University Village where the University pays for the gas. NOTE: Utility companies require 2-4 days' notice and a deposit before turning on service.
