Students residing at Venice/Barry, Berryman, and 12518 Venice are eligible to ride the shuttle bus to and from campus.

Eligibility

• The shuttle bus is only for Venice/Barry, Berryman, and 12518 Venice UCLA-affiliated residents, residents’ spouses or domestic partners, and residents’ children when accompanied by at least one parent.
• Guests of residents are not permitted to ride the shuttle bus.
• A shuttle pass sticker is required to ride the bus and all riders must present their pass to the bus driver upon boarding. Shuttle pass stickers should be affixed to residents' BruinCard.
• Eligible tenants can get passes at the University Apartments Rental Office at 3200 Sawtelle Blvd., during operating hours. Valid photo identification is required. Passes must be renewed each academic year.
• There is a $100 replacement fee for lost shuttle pass stickers. Any sticker that has not expired and is not returned upon moving out will result in a $100 charge per pass.

Days of Operation-Summer 2026

Beginning Monday, August 24, 2026 the shuttle will operate Monday-Friday with the following schedule:

Inbound to UCLA

8:00 a.m. departure from Berryman
9:15 a.m. departure from Berryman
Route: Berryman → 12518 Venice → Venice/Barry → UCLA

Outbound from UCLA

4:00 p.m. departure from Stein Plaza
5:15 p.m. departure from Stein Plaza

This schedule will run through September 18. The fall quarter schedule will begin September 21 and increase frequency. We will post that schedule once finalized.

The shuttle bus service is not offered on the following holiday:

• Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2026
