What to Bring
Each apartment is furnished and has a full kitchen including stove, refrigerator and microwave. Each building has its own laundry room. The washers and dryers are operated by PayRange, an online payment system. No quarters needed! Residents will need to bring dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster and other small appliances; cleaning equipment, such as a broom, mop, vacuum, and cleaning supplies; laundry supplies; towels and toiletries; and electronics such as a telephone and television. Beds are extra long twin size and need linens 36" x 80".
What Not to Bring
Pets are strictly prohibited in all University Housing, including fish. In addition, do not bring furniture or appliances, including mini-refrigerators, washers or clothes dryers.
Utilities
Gas, water and electricity are included in the cost of the contract along with basic cable and high-speed internet access. Residents have to arrange for their own telephone service with Verizon by calling (800) 483-4000.
