Move-In Fall 2026

We are excited to welcome students for Fall 2026! 

Move-In for the University Apartments is scheduled Friday, September 11- Sunday, September 13, 2026. The University Apartments contract begins on Sunday, Sept. 13. Your assigned move-in date and time will be available for you to view the end of August.

Arrival, Unloading and Parking
All students are assigned an unloading zone- you will be able to view your unloading zone via the move-in information on your housing portal. When you arrive to Westwood, you'll be directed via signs and staff to your designated unloading zone. There will be lots of excited True Bruin Ambassadors to help you unload and get belongings up to your room. There will also be satellite check-in stations you will be directed to get your BruinCard encoded for your room.

Once you have unloaded, you will be directed to long term parking. You will have 3 hours of free long term parking. If you need to keep your vehicle parked for longer than 3 hours, please move it to one of the pay-by-spaces available within the lot.

Taking a ride-share to campus? No problem-just make sure you know which unloading zone you’re heading to.
