Parking is Limited
Not all residents receive parking privileges. If a resident applied for parking and has been assigned a space, he/she will receive the parking space upon arrival at check-in. Residents without an assigned parking space will need to use street parking during move in. Parking privileges cannot be transferred between residents/roommates during the contract period.
Upon arrival residents assigned a parking space will need to provide proof of car registration. If the car belongs to a parent or family member, the proof of registration will need to be provided along with written consent from the registered owner. Students may not register another student's or non-family member's vehicle.
