University Village provides premier student community living for married students, domestic partners, and single parents. Units consist of unfurnished one-, two- and three-bedrooms. Two-bedroom units have now been opened up to single graduate students as well. Each student will have a separate bedroom and individual contract.

Parking at University Village is not guaranteed. All new residents of University Village are required to submit proof of vehicle registration to be eligible for a garage or parking assignment.
