How to Apply - Faculty

Eligibility

Members of the Academic Senate, clinical professors, and associate clinical professors in the School of Dentistry are welcome to apply for housing. Others within the University community may be eligible to apply on an exception basis.

Application Procedures

Please contact us at least 30 to 45 days before you need housing for information and current availability. All apartments are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide all information requested on the application. Submit your completed Faculty Housing Application, along with a letter of Appointment from your department, to:

Submitting an application does not guarantee apartment availability during your preferred move-in time. Apartments and condominiums are rented on a space-available basis. If you are offered University housing and do not return the necessary forms and deposits by the specified deadline, your offer may be withdrawn. When you accept an apartment or condominium, you will be asked to sign a rental or lease agreement and to pay the first month's rent and the appropriate security deposit.
