Wilshire Apartments is the latest building UCLA Housing has acquired to offer to single graduate students.

This state of the art building is comprised of a mix of studios, studios + dens, with the majority being 4 bedroom/5 bathroom apartments. Each resident will have their own room and en suite bathroom. Each unit comes fully furnished with top-of-the-line appliances including in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a mini refrigerator in every bedroom. Bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the city. Limited parking will be available for an additional cost. Parking will be offered off of a waitlist and cannot be guaranteed for all residents. Applicants interested in being considered for parking should indicate so on their survey.

Amenities include: multiple common areas, a beautiful sky deck, with rooftop pool, barbeques, and fitness room. Close proximity to multiple public transportation options, providing ease of access to campus and surrounding areas.

All utilities, including internet, are covered in the rent.

Monthly Rental Rates
Rent is per person and includes a $3 association fee which covers Residential Life staff support.
