The South Bay Villas are a part of our newly acquired property, and contain 80 villas within a small, 24-hour security monitored area. The community includes a laundry room, pool, basketball court as well as outdoor lounge and kitchen space. 

Please note all leases will be offered through July 1 (though requests to vacate earlier will be accommodated). Requests to extend beyond that will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
 

Units at South Bay consist of the following:

• Fully furnished, but please note majority of bedrooms contain two twin beds in each bedroom.
• Rent is $2,860 and includes these utilities: water, gas, electricity, trash, and Wi-Fi. Each unit has a private garage and driveway.

2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom

• These units are not fully renovated, and will need minor cosmetic repairs, but are still have functioning utilities and are offering them due to the urgency of the situation. Renovations will be completed throughout the next few weeks.
• Fully furnished, but please note majority of bedrooms contain two twin beds in each bedroom.
• Rent is $2,020 and includes these utilities: water, gas, electricity, trash, and Wi-Fi. Each unit has a private garage and driveway.
