The Margan complex, located just west of the UCLA campus, has several units clustered around a quaint courtyard, and features a swimming pool. Apartments are furnished, with utilities (gas, electric, and water) included. The beds provided are extra long twins. Telephone service, cable T.V., and internet access are an additional charge and students must make arrangements for these services with a local vendor. Units have a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas fireplaces, wall-to-wall carpeting and blinds. The building has coin-operated washers and dryers.
