The Hedrick Residential Restaurant reopened for Winter Quarter 2013 as the Test Kitchen at Hedrick with new carpeting, updated furniture, and a fresh menu. New offerings developed by the Dining Services culinary team, are now ready for customer feedback. Items include “Sweet Pepper & Steak Salad,” “Roasted Beet, Carmelized Onion, and Blue Cheese Pizza,” “Chipotle Chicken Bowl,” and much, much more.
Items that are sampled this quarter may appear on the menu of the new Sproul Residential Restaurant, currently scheduled to open in Fall 2013. The concept is planned to focus on healthy options.
Test Kitchen is normally open for dinner, Sundays – Thursdays, from 5:00 to 8:00p.m. (check Hours of Operation for specific dates). Come try our featured menu items and give us your feedback at the Test Kitchen online kiosks.
