Community Housing

Students are highly encouraged to take advantage of UCLA’s Student Legal Services as they have provided many resources as individuals consider signing a lease in this current environment.

Student Legal Services has also put together this helpful workshop on knowing your rights as a renter.

Although UCLA is not directly affiliated with the University Cooperative Housing, the co-op has a mission to provide affordable housing to UCLA students, and is another housing resource. More information is available here

The neighborhood profiles will assist you when using sites like www.apartments.com or www.zillow.com. They offer an overview of the neighborhoods as well as transportation options.

BruinShack is a listing site operated by alumni.
