Managing your Premier Meal Plan

The 14P and 19P premier plans offer more flexibility in use than the standard meal plans since the student does not lose unused meal swipes at the end of each week. These plans also allow for multiple swipes during a single meal period, thereby allowing the student to bring in a guest, re-enter a meal again, or purchase a premium item if they wish to use their swipes in this manner.

The contracted meals for Spring quarter begin with dinner on Sunday, April 2 and end with lunch on Friday, June 16.

19P Meal Plan

Students who purchase the 19P meal plan start the Spring quarter with 204 meal swipes. Below is a chart showing the number of meals we expect to be the balance each day if the student uses a standard meal habit of 3 meals on weekdays and 2 meals on weekends/holidays. We understand that there can be variations in each student’s meal consumption, so these numbers can vary day to day for individuals and are meant to be a guide, not your actual meal count.

14P Meal Plan

Students who purchase the 14P meal plan start the Spring quarter with 151 meal swipes. Below is a chart showing the number of meals we expect to be the balance each day if the student uses a standard meal habit of 2 meals a day. We understand that there can be variations in each student’s meal consumption, so these numbers can vary day to day for individuals and are meant to be a guide, not your actual meal count.

Changes to Your Contract

Housing Services uses these numbers when calculating contract changes for a student, including cancellations, transfers off-campus, or changes to a non-premier meal plan, and if the actual meal usage exceeds the expected usage according to this chart, the student will be charged for the difference.
